What are the shipping methods? When can I expect delivery?
We currently offer two shipping methods: Express International Mail and Standard International Airmail.
Express International Mail: This option provides a tracking number for your package, and delivery typically takes 5-9 business days. However, in some cases, we may need to send your order without a tracking number to ensure successful delivery to European countries and Canada.
Standard International Airmail: This option does not provide a tracking number, and delivery typically takes 10-21 days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen events such as natural disasters,

Do you ship to my area?
We ship to almost all countries of the world, with the exception of some countries in Asia. If you are unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Where are the pills sent from?
All of our medications are manufactured in India, and orders are processed and sent out from there.
What packages do you use? Will I have to sign for the shipment?
We understand the importance of your privacy, and as such, we use discrete envelopes for all shipments. These envelopes will be left in your mailbox, and you will not be required to sign for them if they are sent by Standard Mail.
Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?
While our products are in stock for immediate delivery, we must first check your order to ensure that the shipping information is correct. Once the order is verified, we will pack the product and send it out. This process usually takes between 1-2 days.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary depending on your location, the shipping option you choose, and the amount of product you order. To find out the shipping cost, simply add your desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Can my order be delayed at customs?
In the event that your order is delayed at customs, you will be notified and asked to give permission for the parcel to be examined. If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
What if the package is damaged or something is missing?
If you receive a damaged package or an item is missing from your order, please contact our support team immediately. We will either resend the package or refund your payment according to our policies.
How much will I have to pay if you reship the product?
If we need to reship your order, there will be no additional charges. We will cover the cost of reshipping the product to you.
